My Take
I started Nuncworks after spending decades inside complex, highly regulated environments - government, justice systems, and operations-heavy organizations where accountability is real and failure is never abstract.
What I learned over time is simple, but uncomfortable:
Most organizations don’t struggle because of a lack of technology or talent. They struggle because leaders are asked to make visible, irreversible decisions too early, too quickly and without a clear, shared understanding of operational reality.
I have seen modernization efforts fail not because people didn’t care, but because the organization never paused long enough to ask:
-
Where are we actually?
-
Where should we reasonably be?
-
What risks are we carrying that no one is naming?
While - remarkably:
-
Internal teams often see the issues early—but cannot safely surface them.
-
Vendors are both incentivized and self-motivated to move forward, not deliberately pace the client.
-
And leadership is left carrying responsibility without sufficient orientation.
Nuncworks exists to close that gap.

Our work is intentionally quiet, disciplined, and practical. We help leadership gain clarity before commitment, reduce risk before it becomes visible, and create operating models that hold under growth, scrutiny, and change.

We pair that orientation with execution capability—through invoked.ai as our connective execution fabric, and through trusted operational partners like Webpunks in Europe—so decisions don’t just sound right, but work over time.

This is not about disruption. It is about stewardship.

I am building Nuncworks for leaders who take that responsibility seriously - and want a partner who does the same.
